The Complete IT Utility

What’s Included in Managed IT Services (ITaaS)

Our Managed IT Services (ITaaS) provide the ongoing operation, support, and continuous improvement of your IT environment under a single, predictable service. ITaaS replaces ad-hoc or reactive support with a structured model covering platforms, users, devices, sites, and infrastructure, delivered in line with your organisation’s needs.

Managed IT Services – Support Tiers

Our core service is delivered to MTG’s standard baseline for security and supportability. Support levels and response targets are selected to match how your organisation operates, ensuring the service is aligned to your needs without paying for coverage or capability you do not require.

Platform and Sites

The shared platforms and site infrastructure that underpin your IT environment. These components are operated to MTG’s standard baseline for security, governance, and reliability, providing a consistent foundation for users, devices, and services across the organisation.

Platform Governance & Operations

We operate and govern the core platforms that underpin your IT environment, ensuring they remain secure, supportable, and aligned with how your organisation works. This includes oversight of cloud services, identity, connectivity dependencies, and platform-level configuration.

Platform Administration: Configuration and ongoing operation of core cloud and platform services, including Microsoft 365 where applicable.
Identity & Access Controls: Governance of identity, authentication, and access policies across supported platforms.
Technical Reviews: Regular structured reviews of platform configuration, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
Licensing Governance: Administration and lifecycle management of platform subscriptions and licences.
DNS & Platform Dependencies: Management of DNS records and associated trust or connectivity dependencies required for platform operation.

A well-governed, supportable platform that remains aligned with your organisation as it evolves.

Site and Network Management

We operate and maintain the site and network infrastructure that enables reliable access to systems, services, and connectivity across your locations. This ensures consistent performance, resilience, and visibility across your physical estate.

Network Infrastructure: Monitoring, patching, and configuration of switches, Wi-Fi, UPS and supporting network devices.
Firewall-as-a-Service: Provisioning and management of Sophos firewalls with next-gen threat protection.
Connectivity Oversight: Coordination with ISPs and telecoms providers to support incident resolution and service continuity.
Secure Inter-Site Connectivity: Management of site-to-site connectivity, including VPN and SD-WAN where applicable.

Reliable, resilient connectivity that supports day-to-day operations across your sites.
