The fully managed operating model for modern businesses.

Managed IT Services (ITaaS)

Our Managed IT Services (ITaaS) replace traditional IT support with a fully managed, subscription-based operational model. We deliver predictable monthly costs, enterprise-grade security, clear operational ownership, and audit-ready governance for regulated and growing organisations.

What is IT as a Service?

IT as a Service (ITaaS) moves technology from a capital expense and a management headache to a predictable operating cost.
Instead of buying servers, paying for hourly support, and hoping nothing breaks, ITaaS provides your entire IT function – infrastructure, security, licensing, and support – for a fixed monthly fee. We don’t just “fix computers”; we take operational responsibility for your digital estate, enabling you to meet the governance standards required by regulators and insurers.

What’s included?

The Full Subscription Stack

See exactly what’s included in the monthly service, with no hidden scope or assumptions. Our managed IT services bundle platform, network, servers, support, endpoints, and security into one contract. While optional capabilities are offered as Add-On Packs.

Per Platform: Covers the shared platforms that underpin your IT estate, including Microsoft 365, identity services, device management, security baselines, and standard application platforms.
Per Site: Covers the support and operation of on-site infrastructure and connectivity, scaled to the needs of each location.
Per User: Covers access to user support, onboarding and leaver processes, and Service Desk services in line with your chosen support tier.
Per Device: Covers the ongoing management, monitoring, and reliability of laptops, servers, and mobile devices throughout their lifecycle.
Subscriptions: Microsoft 365 licences and other additional software subscriptions are itemised clearly where applicable.

Who is ITaaS for?

Our IT-as-a-Service (ITaaS) model is designed for organisations that want their business IT to be reliable, secure, and consistently supported over time – not treated as a series of one-off fixes.

ITaaS works best where there is a shared commitment to standardisation, governance, and ongoing improvement. This approach is particularly well suited to organisations that rely on IT for day-to-day operations, handle sensitive data, or need confidence that their technology will continue to support growth, compliance, and change.

Strategy, Security & Governance Built-In

Bridge the gap between “fixing printers” and boardroom strategy. Modern businesses need more than just a helpdesk. Through scheduled Technology Business Reviews (TBRs), we align your technology roadmap with your business goals – whether you are opening a new office or preparing for an ISO audit. We ensure your environment is not just functional, but defensible and compliant.

Signs it is Time to Switch

Changing IT partners is a big decision, but staying with a provider that can’t keep pace is a bigger risk. If you recognise these signs, your business is ready for a managed partnership:

The “Ticket Black Hole” You log an issue and hear nothing back. Your team chases for updates while productivity grinds to a halt.
The “Bill Shock” You are tired of unexpected invoices for routine maintenance. You want a predictable fee, not a penalty for calling the helpdesk.
The “Audit Panic” You struggle to complete due-diligence forms or insurance questionnaires because your current security is undefined or undocumented.
The “Recurring Fault” Cycle The same problems keep coming back. Your provider applies “band-aid” fixes to close tickets quickly but never investigates the root cause.
The “Security as an Add-On” Problem Core security controls are optional extras rather than part of the standard service. You are asked to “upgrade” for MDR, hardening, or monitoring instead of these being embedded by default.
The “Invisible Risk” Gap You are accountable for operational and security risk, but you lack clear visibility into where those risks actually sit or how they are being managed day to day.
The “Reactive” Model Your IT provider focuses on keeping the lights on but does not proactively help you anticipate change, adopt new capabilities, or understand how emerging technologies may affect your organisation.
